Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
- Develop and optimize processes for seamless program execution and consistent quality
- Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and oversee program timelines
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, maintain compliance, and meet milestones
- Proactively monitor quality and risks, addressing potential issues promptly
- Collaborate with account managers to streamline processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Take full ownership of specific customer accounts when required, managing projects end-to-end
- Maintain precise documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Experience
- Proven track record in managing large-scale programs within a client-centric industry, ideally in Learning and Development or a related field
- Experience collaborating with internal and external teams to meet complex objectives
Education
- Relevant qualifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
