Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Develop and optimize processes for seamless program execution and consistent quality
  • Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and oversee program timelines
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, maintain compliance, and meet milestones
  • Proactively monitor quality and risks, addressing potential issues promptly
  • Collaborate with account managers to streamline processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Take full ownership of specific customer accounts when required, managing projects end-to-end
  • Maintain precise documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Skills

  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing project management roles, with a focus on timely delivery
  • Expertise in project lifecycle management and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying project details to diverse audiences
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving

Experience

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programs within a client-centric industry, ideally in Learning and Development or a related field
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external teams to meet complex objectives

Education

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
