Our client, a leading international media organisation, is seeking a Learning Technology Coordinator to support and manage their Learning Management System (LMS) and provide administrative support for Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional with LMS experience and a keen interest in content creation.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and development of e-learning content.
- Act as the first point of contact for all L&D queries, managing the L&D inbox and shared calendar
- Upload and maintain learning content within the LMS.
- Manage day-to-day LMS operations, ensuring system functionality, course management, and an efficient user experience.
- Liaise with the LMS provider and technical support to resolve issues and ensure organisational needs are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage course enrolments, tracking, and reporting on attendance.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Learning Technologist on projects.
- Coordinate and oversee scheduled L&D activities, including training sessions, virtual learning events and L&D campaigns.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to check and review work effectively.
- A strong customer focus, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience of working as an LMS Administrator or Learning Coordinator
- Experience in designing e-learning content and creating user guides Proven
- experience working with Learning Management Systems e.g. Learn365 and Litmos.
- Knowledge of working with Learning technology including PowerBI
Education
- LD qualifications are desirable but not essential
