We are urgently seeking a Digital Learning Developer to join our clients team on a contract basis, playing a key role in updating their digital learning offer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, helping to shape an engaging and modern suite of e-learning experiences.The contract will run from May until November 2025. The role is remote first with 1 day a week on site in the Midlands.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality digital learning content including animations and video
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into engaging, learner-focused experiences
- Apply strong visual and instructional design principles to create polished digital learning assets
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro
Experience
- Proven experience designing and developing digital learning, including e-learning modules
- Experience with graphic design and animation for e-learning
- Familiarity with learning platforms LMSLXP
- Experience building eLearning content in Adapt is desirable
Education
- Any relevant digital learning qualifications is desirable but not essential
