A newly created role in the UK with superb career progression opportunities with a fast growing, international provider of learning platform solutions (LXP, LMS). You will lead the strategy for channel sales in EMEA and work closely with colleagues both in the UK and globally. The ability to speak fluent French is essential.

  • Leading the channel sales strategy for EMEA including collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Creating and launching lead generation campaigns and projects in conjunction with Marketing
  • Producing regular performance reports that will help to steer and influence senior stakeholder decisions
  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication of sales forecasts, metrics and sales performance data
  • Researching and identifying trends within L&D, learning technologies and related Channel Partner sectors (e.g. HCM)
  • Ensuring that all operations are completed within set deadlines and to budget


  • Fluency in French and English
  • Creative and strategic mindset, results and action focused
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Consultative sales and presentation skills, including public speaking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


  • Several years sales experience within learning technologies, HCM or LD
  • Sales leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching less experienced team members
  • Experience in a channel sales or strategic partnering role is a distinct advantage
  • Experience working with and managing geographically dispersed, remote teams


  • Educated to degree level is an advantage
