Are you a Virtual Learning expert looking to immerse yourself within one of the worlds leading providers for leadership development? Managing and delivering virtual workshops for external clients; this great opportunity is perfect for a natural communicator and confident Virtual Learning specialist.

Responsibilities

•          Facilitate the production of the Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) delivery
•          Management of the VILT schedule
•          Provide support during pre-sales when promoting the use of the VILT delivery to new and existing clients.
•          Maintain engagement whilst helping the learners achieve the learning objectives within the course.
•          Confident and comfortable providing mediation and direction when needed
•          Encourage peer learning using a variety of tools within the platform being utilised
•          Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are realised
•          Ensure VILT standards are always met
•          Supporting VILT administration materials such as checklists and coordinating with relevant supplier partners
•          Involvement in supporting design contribution
•          Management of multi-stream virtual design projects

Skills

•          Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
•          Well-organised with excellent time management skills
•          A thorough understanding and capability to provide production of VILT sessions
•          A keen eye for attention to detail
•          Act as a role model for VILT standards
•          Be the subject matter expert in leading clients through all phases of the project lifecycle
•          Proven IT skills including MS Office

Experience

  • Working knowledge of a virtual learningwebinar platform and tools e.g. WebEx, Adobe Connect, Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Experience in managing Virtual Instructor-Led Training in previous roles

Education

  • 1 year of experience working within a virtual learning role

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in related subjects are desirable
