An excellent opportunity for an LMS Coordinator to join a well-established business within the health sector. You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS), as well as creating engaging eLearning content. This person will be required to go into the office in Milton Keynes 3 times a week, with flexibility for home working 2 days a week.

  • End to end responsibility for the administration and coordination of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide support to learners, acting as a first point of contact for any user queries
  • Liaise with LMS supplier regarding any support or technical issues
  • Collate L&D KPI’s and compliance metrics, prepare reports for auditors
  • Collaborate with line managers across the business to determine which learning is necessary for each learner’s induction
  • Develop engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline
  • Upload learning courses onto the LMS and test to ensure they work efficiently
  • Run reports to monitor course take up and learner engagement 


  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
  • Good IT knowledge with proven capability in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of a Learning Management System, e.g. Cornerstone, Totara etc
  • Skilled in an authoring tool, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate


  • 1-2 years of experience within an LMS Coordinator or Administrator role
  • Experience of administering an LMSLXP
  • Experience of creating eLearning using authoring tools, preferably Articulate Storyline or Rise


  • LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
