A truly fantastic opportunity for an L&D Consultant to join a global learning consultancy, working on L&D projects from inception to delivery, including managing client relationships, solution design, and delivery. This role can be worked remotely with travel to client sites as and when required.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and determine solutions, challenging ideas and ensuring the best possible learning outcomes
  • Design compelling learning solutions and share through facilitator guides and training support materials
  • Facilitate a range of learning interventions, both in person and virtually via platforms, e.g. Zoom or Teams up to senior level
  • Deliver Train the Trainer sessions to project teams when necessary
  • Lead the client relationship, working to support the sales team on client meetings, bids and sales proposals
  • Ensure all projects are profitable

Skills

  • Excellent ability to design and facilitate learning solutions to a variety of clients
  • Knowledgeable in current training practices and methodologies
  • Self-starter with commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years Learning and Development experience in both face-to-face and virtual learning delivery
  • Significant client facing experience and a proven track record within Learning and Development
  • Experience in solution and programme design, across a range of programmes
  • Experience in designing and selling in complex learning solutions

Education

  • Coaching and Learning and Development qualifications are desirable
