Client Relationship Manager

£50K-£55K basic salary + company bonus

Our client is seeking a consultative Client Relationship Manager with experience in bespoke elearning sales. The main focus will be to work with existing clients and channel partners to further develop relationships and increase current spend rates. A successful track record in digital solutions sales (i.e. not product driven) is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships through taking a consultative approach in order to create bespoke proposals that match client needs
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales targets
  • Identify new business sales opportunities and proactively approach prospects
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
  • Manage existing clients from a variety of different sectors e.g. Finance, Pharmaceutical, Retail etc.
  • Attend client meetings, industry conferences and networking whenever necessary

Qualifications

  • Any sales training qualifications are desirable

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable

Experience

  • Minimum of five years bespoke elearning sales experience
  • Proven consultative sales track record
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets to date
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders regarding business challenges
  • Ambition, tenacity and drive to meet individual and team targets
  • Adept at working independently and as part of a focused team
  • Possess a full driver’s licence and access to a car
