UX Designer

£35K - £37K Basic Salary

If you are a UX Designer who has demonstrable experience in creating a broad and clear user experience across a learning platform, then we have the perfect role for you!

In this position, you will have the chance to work in an agile team to develop designs for web and mobile applications. This charitable entity is on a journey to advance their e-Learning, digital and face to face interventions.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with and use UX best practices, always following the companies digital brand guidelines
  • Ensure all digital products offer a great first-class user experience
  • Contribute to a design framework
  • Collaborate with UX researches and instructional designers
  • Responsible for managing your own workload ensuring tasks are delivered on time and against budget
  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders including talking through user flows, task analysis and other milestones


  • Relevant learning qualifications are advantageous


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable


  • Experience designing clickable wireframes and prototypes
  • Front end development experience
  • Some experience of graphic or visual design
  • Understanding and experience of the requirements of front-end web development (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Demonstrable experience in using metrics, research and user feedback to improve designs


  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to translate technical solutions into simple terms
  • Ability to quickly research and learn new programming tools and techniques
