A superb opportunity with an international provider of enterprise software solutions seeking a new business focused sales professional. Possessing a proven track record of achieving sales targets in complex, enterprise software sales, you will proactively identify, qualify, develop and close new opportunities within a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve personal new business sales targets of circa £500-£700K per annum
  • Proactively identify new client prospects within verticals such as Finance, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas etc.
  • Develop and growing a pipeline of sales opportunities, typically ranging in value from £100K to £200K per annum (licence deals)
  • Liaise with and influence senior stakeholders within target accounts
  • Use consultative sales techniques to develop compelling value propositions
  • Create and effectively execute account profiling plans
  • Collaborate with team members to create compelling and commercially sound sales proposals
  • Work closely with Professional Services to successfully implement solutions
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to generate leads and opportunities

Candidate’s requirements

  • Minimum of three years within an enterprise software sales role and HCM
  • Proven “hunter” possessing new business sales skills for pro-actively identifying, developing and closing new opportunities
  • A flair for technology with a great appreciation of business data and talent management systems
  • Adept at profiling large accounts and closing complex sales cycles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in excess of £500K per annum
  • Highly motivated and results focused
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Articulate, possessing gravitas, confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • High level of initiative and adept at working within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in German or French would be an advantage
