LMS Administrator

£200- £250 per day

Our client is a market leading global organisation. Now seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join an existing team and continue to assist with LMS Administration globally.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure adequacy of training curricula assigned to individuals within global functions
  • Test and publish standard e-learning modules and ensure interoperability in the Global Learning Management System
  • Assignment of learning resources to applicable employees
  • Maintenance of operational documentation for the LMS including all user manuals and system administration guides
  • Contribute to the quality of learning management data and resources through administrative support of internal quality control activities

Candidate’s requirements

• Operational experience of administration/operation of an IT System/database.  Specific knowledge of a Learning Management System (Plateau/SuccessFactors) is an advantage
• Demonstrable evidence of organisational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all working areas is a critical requirement of the role
• Exceptional customer service skills. Demonstrable experience of  problem solving/trouble shooting leading to effective solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style.  Must be equally comfortable working independently, and as part of a team
• High levels of self-motivation, bringing enthusiasm and a pragmatic solution orientated approach to the role
• Proven capability in Microsoft office applications
