- You will work with the sales, marketing and the technical teams to ensure clients have a seamless service
- Work with clients to develop and enhance their eLearning project by providing the tools, templates and other resources
- Build and develop client relationships by facilitating the resolution of client issues and concerns
- Using best practice and consultative methodologies to drive renewal and growth outcomes
- Perform end-user audit for each customer to produce data and advice, which can be utilised in performance improvement and product development
- You will become the client go-to person and be accountable for the continued success of your valued customer
- Adapt at working in partnership with the sales team to pilot programmes and project manage, including keeping CRM systems updated
- Great experience of End User testing and data reporting
- Enjoy keeping up-to-date with industry developments, competency framework assessment
- Excellent German language skills (written and oral)
- Experience of working within the DACH region is a distinct advantage
