Key responsibilities

  • This is a new role and offers great scope to make your stamp and add real value to clients
  • Assist in the recruiting, staffing and training to grow and maintain sales teams
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating a small but specialised ‘geo’ sales team
  • Inspire, lead and coach a dynamic fast paced sales team
  • Formulate and execute on a quarterly sales plans
  • Coach and provide feedback to sales consultants in the areas of sales/personal development, direction and focus
  • Conduct quarterly progress review sessions with each consultant
  • Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards
  • On-going process improvements, recommendations and implementation of these

Candidate’s requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates from the technology/software or learning technology industries
  • You will thrive on building, coaching and managing a highly driven sales team
  • An excellent native German speaker and an understanding of the German business culture
  • Innovative thinker – Embraces and champions new ideas and encourages others to do likewise
  • Experience of managing a new business sales team
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communications and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
