Learning Coordinator

£18K - £22K Basic Salary + Benefits

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Learning Coordinator to support the delivery of training and apprenticeship programmes. Working with a growing L&D specialist, you will help provide an outstanding level of service to clients and ensure successful programme delivery.

Why is this job so good?

  • Manage a range of development programmes and events from calendar entry to end of programme review
  • Accompany account managers to meetings with clients
  • Issue joining information, keep up to date with upcoming training requirements regarding venues/delegate names, and any other relevant details
  • Support account managers in scheduling training events
  • Keep in regular contact with account managers and clients, providing updates on delegate attendance and assignment progress where relevant
  • Support account managers in scheduling training events and/or facilitators within events, including updating the training and team calendar as well as booking accommodation for the delivery team where required
  • Administer a range of psychometric and development questionnaires using a variety of online systems
  • Enter accurate data into the required systems

Key responsibilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, attention to detail and listening skills
  • Experience of working in a training or learning and development environment
  • Ability to accurately input data and analyse data reports
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including awareness of personal impact on others and ability to work effectively as part of a large but remotely-situated team
  • Ability to work alone, maintaining focus and pace
  • Ability to plan ahead, manage tasks, and meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to use initiative and identify solutions to problems, take action to resolve issues, and communicate the actions taken within and outside the business
  • Proficient using all functions within Microsoft Office 2010 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
  • Experience in a busy, customer-focused environment
  • Experience within apprenticeships and the systems/procedures is desirable  

 

Must hold a full driving license and have access to a car with willingness to travel UK wide.
