Business Development Executive
c£30K Basic Salary + £40K- £45K OTE

An exciting opportunity for a driven, motivated and confident sales professional (Business Development Executive) to join a well-established provider of Learning and Development (L&D) solutions.
Ideally with proven experience in sales of training and/or digital learning, you will be profiling potential new accounts, identifying and closing new business opportunities and converting leads generated via Marketing.
- Identifying new leads via networking, research, referrals etc.
- Creating and developing new leads up to the point of sale
- Continuing to proactively manage and grow newly won accounts
- Achievement of personal sales targets, circa £300K per annum
- Keeping the database up to date but contacting new and existing clients
- Attending client meetings and conducting presentations as and when necessary
- Promoting yourself and the client at networking and marketing events
- Developing dormant or under-performing accounts
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a commercial (b2b) business development/new business role
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and via phone
- Confident, self-motivated and proactive in your sales approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport is essential for this role
- Proven track record selling training or e-learning solutions an advantage
