B2C Sales Manager- Qualifications

An excellent opportunity to join a well-established company who provide professional qualifications and training solutions to customers. You will be responsible for increasing sales and managing a global sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve global sales growth for the professional qualifications and learning solutions offered
  • Manage a global sales team to ensure KPIs are met
  • Respond to warm leads via telephone to maximise revenue
  • Attend industry events to promote the learning solutions and professional qualifications offered
  • Contribute to partnership opportunities when necessary
  • Update CRM with sales progress and provide precise reports

Candidate’s requirements

  •  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a consumer sales or business development role (B2C) and target driven environment
  • Experience of managing sales teams, ideally globally dispersed
  • Ability to work with a large number of individual clients in a B2C environment
  • Track record of successfully achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, adaptable and professional
