Sales Executive - Learning Solutions

£28K-£30K Basic Salary + £40K OTE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, driven individual to join a growing sales team within our global client. You will be responsible for developing new business and selling a range of learning solutions, including digital learning.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively locate and develop new business
  • Create a lead database of relevant prospects using LinkedIn and CRM tools
  • Conduct telephone sales calls to sell training and e-learning solutions
  • Establish relationships with clients to maximise exposure and increase revenue
  • Liaise with sales and operations to ensure a smooth flow of communication
  • Help with the creating of sales proposals and presentations
  • Create and implement account development plans

Candidate’s requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a commercial (B2B) sales role
  • Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets
  • Currently in a ‘consultative sales’ role
  • Genuine interest in technology enable learning
  • Good team working ethics with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at working in target driven environments
  • Proficient in the use of MSWord, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, trustworthy, adaptable and professional
