Business Development Support Executive

£35K - £40K Basic Salary

An exciting newly created opportunity to become part of our clients lead management function within their Business Development team. A pivotal role to be responsible for managing the end to end lead and enquiry process.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all leads/enquiries into the business to convert into appointments/consultations
  • Support Business Development team in the execution of campaigns
  • Identify and develop new business leads throughout UK/Europe
  • Analyse and report on lead generation data
  • Liaise with Marketing and Business Development to create high quality written bids/proposals
  • Develop expert product knowledge and of competitors’ solutions
  • Create and develop KPI’s to monitor lead generation statistics
  • Develop a new process for all lead generation reporting

Candidate’s requirements

  • Degree calibre with 4 years of experience from Business Development, Marketing or sales driven Customer Service B2B environment
  • Experience of using a CRM
  • Strong commercial skills with a proven ability to work to KPI’s
  • Knowledge of the learning solution environment is an advantage
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office in all aspects of reporting presenting
  • Professional, diligent and a proven team player
