An immediate opportunity with a market leading, international provider of talent enterprise software solutions has opened up. We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to support the EMEA sales team. In addition to speaking fluent French you will possess an impressive array of skills, which will allow you to engage fully with clients.

Key responsibilities

  • You will be the go-to person for the client and be able to present in layman’s’ terms the functions and technical ability of the talent software solutions
  • Develop and deliver custom demonstrations and presentations that will illustrate our clients ability to enhance customer and prospects approach to employee development
  • Respond to prospect or customer concerns during meetings by articulating clear and concise responses positioning the benefits of the solutions
  • Present the technical architecture and hosting capabilities as it relates to the customers and prospects environment and technical requirements
  • Assist in response generation to RFI/RFP’s identifying and creating answers that provide value and benefits
  • Set appropriate expectations during the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with sales and marketing events

Candidate’s requirements

  • Pre-sales experience within LMS, HR or Talent Solutions
  • Must have strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including HTML and Web Services
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions
  • Native/Fluent French language skills with excellent English language skills
  • Articulate, possessing gravitas, and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders
  • High level of initiative and adept at working within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS SQL Server a plus
  • Effectively works to challenging timelines with a client centric approach
  • The ability to travel throughout EMEA
