Are you looking for a role with a classic mix of new business/account management? If so, I have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a well-established provider of learning solutions. You’ll receive a handful of accounts whilst developing new business and working towards a personal monetary target.

Key responsibilities

About the Role

• Manage a range of key accounts, creating growth and ensuring retention
• Research and develop new business opportunities
• Sell a range of learning solutions, both off the shelf content & some bespoke
• Confidently approach new clients via phone, face-to-face and at exhibitions and industry relevant events
• Create a realistic pipeline of business and accurate forecast
• Create outstanding written proposals and ensuring new business is secured
• Work towards achievable KPI’s and a personal monetary target

Candidate’s requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a B2B environment selling learning solutions
• Considerable experience working within L&D/e-learning environments
• Confidently generate new business leads and convert warm leads
• Have a consultative sales approach and be comfortable discussing learning principles with prospect clients
• Hungry, driven and self-motivated
• Experience hitting a personal sales target (c£500K)
