Business Development Executive - Digital Learning

£25K-£28K Base + £40K OTE

An outstanding opportunity to join a global digital learning solutions provider, focused on the sale of a broad portfolio of learning content plus bespoke content development and platform solutions. You will possess proven commercial (B2B) sales experience, preferably within the learning and development (L&D) sector. A home-based role with occasional travel to the London office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation duties to gain interest in a catalogue of generic, customisable eLearning content
• Close sales and meet personal sales targets of approximately £300K per annum
• Confidently present solutions to prospect clients both online and face to face when required
• Develop and manage a realistic and successful sales pipeline
• Ensuring outstanding customer service
• Work closely with senior management in the UK

Candidate’s requirements

• Experience in a digital learning or L&D sales role
• Genuine interest in digital learning and L&D
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, articulate telephone manner
• Confident selling to and working with senior budget holders
• Self-motivated, new business and commission driven
• Good time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload
• Ambitious and career driven
