Business Development Specialist

£45K-£50K Base + £55K-£60K OTE

A great opportunity to join a global leader in management and leadership training solutions. You will proactively sell classroom & digital training in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing teams to qualify and successfully close leads
• Manage a database of a prospect clients and take responsibility to update and research new prospects
• Consultatively sell the company catalogue of learning solutions, whilst discovering the underlying needs of the client
• Work towards and achieve a personal monetary target
• Create virtual presentations to clients both new and current

Candidate’s requirements

• 2 years’ experience working within a B2B sales environment
• 3 years’ experience selling learning solutions
• Confidently apply a consultative approach when speaking with clients
• Have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable approaching potential clients
• Have experience hitting and exceeding targets of c£300K
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
