A superb opportunity with a successful provider of innovative digital, blended learning and learning technologies solutions to clients worldwide. You’ll be developing new business and growing existing accounts using your consultative sales skills, working with a talented team of sales professionals, Consultants, Pre-Sales specialists and others.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities in organisations from a variety of verticals
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Achieve personal sales targets, grow and manage sales pipeline
• Attend industry seminars, exhibitions and conferences
• Consult with prospects and clients to progress opportunities
• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic goals and identify appropriate digital learning and learning technology related solutions
• Keep up-to-date on industry developments, trends etc.
• Influence and present to senior level decision makers
• Create and develop engaging and compelling bids, tenders and sales proposals

Candidate’s requirements

• Proven experience of sales achievement within digital learning and/or learning technologies
• Experience of managing accounts with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
• Proven ability to work with large, geographically dispersed organisations
• Superb consultative sales skills
• Adept at managing sometimes complex and long sales cycles
• Genuine team player possessing excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving personal sales revenues of over £500K per annum
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Articulate, with a genuine interest in continual learning
• Excellent client facing and presentation skills
• Conscientious, hard working
• Ambitious and commission driven
