Business Development Manager – Learning Apps

£30K-£35K Basic + £70K-£80K OTE

Fantastic opportunity to be responsible for the sales of a newly launched exciting and innovative learning app with pre-loaded content, from a variety of providers and the ability for companies to add their own content also. Targeting the Corporate market, you will drive new business, with excellent commission earning potential.

Key responsibilities


• Achieve set sales targets with a consultative sales approach
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales
• Sales of mobile based learning applications to the /corporate sector
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new clients
• Cold and warm calling clients to secure appointments
• Research potential target clients and initiate contact with them
• Ensure that all client requests are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.

Candidate’s requirements

 

• Minimum of two years of commercial (B2B) sales experience, preferably in technology related sales (e.g. digital learning, SaaS etc.)
• Track record of achieving personal sales targets
• Excellent telephone manner
• Target driven and self-motivated
• Confident dealing at senior management/board level
• Effective organisational skills
