Account Manager

£20K - £25K Basic Salary + Bonus + car allowance

A great opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record managing and retaining a growing membership base to join an expanding organisation! If you are self-motivated and have a consultative solution focussed approach we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the lead contact for existing members and provide regular updates via the telephone or off-site meetings
  • 50/50 reactive and proactive account management
  • Develop strong long-term customer relationships
  • Effective onboarding of new clients
  • Achieve personal sales and client growth targets
  • Effectively utilise client referrals and case studies
  • Ensure that client issues and requests are dealt with in an effective manner

Candidate’s requirements

  • Previous experience in an account manager role
  • Proven problem solver and able to negotiate effectively
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of self-sufficiency
  • Proven track record of achieving personal sales targets
  • Superb relationship builder with excellent networking and rapport building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • IT literate
  • Effective organisational and prioritising skills
