Digital Customer Success Executive

You will have a natural flair for building relationships, understanding and demonstrating technology and providing a bridge between development teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

  • You will work with new customers and your sales and marketing teams to understand requirements, align resources and make recommendations to aid all aspects of implementing and embedding new learning technology
  • You will get to know your customers, ensuring their solutions operate, and effectively used
  • You will evaluate data to understand how customers can improve usage, experience and return on investment.
  • You will review through regular meetings all aspects of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement on an ongoing basis.
  • You will demonstrate solutions and help clients understand and make the most of their learning technology solutions.

Candidate’s requirements

  • You will be educated to degree level
  • You will have experience in a client facing role
  • You will be a natural Project Manager
  • You will have the ability to understand customer needs and how you as an organisation can achieve this vision
  • Understand, appreciate and have a passion for Learning Technologies in Businesses
  • Ability to develop product knowledge and apply data analysis techniques
  • Highly organised and excellent customer relationship and influencing skills
