Learning Platform Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join a global organisation as a Learning Platform Administrator. You will be responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and providing support to end users as the first point of contact.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for the learning management system and related learning technology applications
  • Utilise the LMS to coordinate classroom and online learning, including managing bookings, cancellations, and advertising
  • Arrange venues and accommodation for external training providers
  • Maintain all training programme details and qualifications on the CRM
  • Organise and send out training packs to new students
  • Raise invoices for internal teams

Candidate’s requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a LMS Administration role or similar
  • Highly organised individual with high levels of attention to detail
  • Experience of working effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Applications, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
