Blue Eskimo Solutions passes Recruitment and Employment Confederation inspection
Blue Eskimo, the leading recruitment agency to the training and e-learning sector, has been successfully inspected by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the body dedicated to improving recruitment practices in the UK.
Fola Tayo, the REC's Head of Professional Standards, said: "The REC introduced spot-check inspections to ensure that REC members work to high standards. Agencies are selected on a random basis and have their working practices checked across a range of areas included within the REC's Code of Practice and industry regulations."
"A high level of compliance is necessary in order to pass an inspection and I am pleased that Blue Eskimo has been successful in demonstrating its commitment to REC membership and standards."
Nick Bate, director, Blue Eskimo, said: "we pride ourselves on our high standards, and it is important to receive external recognition that our business operates to best practice in recruitment. We are confident that as our business grows we have the systems and procedures in place to enable us to maintain these high quality standards for our clients within the learning and development arena."
